We truly felt like Ernie fought for us!
Ernie was phenomenal! With his assistance and expertise, we were able land a beautiful home to rent that fit all of the qualities we were looking for. My boyfriend and I felt hopeless with this housing market until we started working with Ernie. Ernie kept us updated consistently with the newest listings that fit our price range, location, and desired features/amenities. He was quick to take us to all the showings we requested, whether it was during the week or weekend. If we liked a place, Ernie would immediately get to work to help us secure the place. He was quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. We truly felt like Ernie fought for us and it made all the difference in this competitive market. I can’t thank Ernie enough and we will definitely be utilizing his services when we are in the market again!

Ernie is so friendly and has great listening skills. When looking for a home, he took the time to find a home in our price range and in a good school district. Ernie has remarkable patience & tells ya "no" if a property isn't right!
After going through about 3-4 other realtors we came across Ernie through a recommendation and we couldn't be happier with the result. He was PATIENT with us- we looked at houses for a full year!! Never rushed us, never was short with us, always gave his honest opinion- if a place was not worth purchasing, he would give his opinion and say so. We started first looking at multifamily homes and eventually settled on a small 2 bedroom one family house- he never pushed us to go for something larger or out of our price range. Great guy. Would definitely recommend and work with again in a heartbeat! He even checked up a year later to see how it was going with the new home. Thanks Ernie!

Ernie was referred to us through a friend and we could not be happier with our experience with him!!
